From 2 June 2017, businesses will be able to obtain free Business Profiles upon registration or filing their annual returns or renewals.
Business Profiles contain certain key information about a business. For example, Business Profiles of companies will contain details of their directors and shareholders. Business Profiles are frequently requested for official use, as well as due diligence and “know your client” purposes.
Companies incorporated after 2 June 2017 will be able to download their free Business Profiles upon registration. For companies incorporated before 2 June 2017, free Business Profiles are available upon filing their annual returns after that date.
Businesses formed under other structures (such as sole proprietorships, partnerships, LLPs and limited partnerships), will also enjoy free Business Profiles upon registration or annual declarations or renewals after 2 June 2017.
